Seán Evans

Sean joined Simply Blue as an Environmental Specialist in August 2020. He is currently supporting the development of the Blue Gem Wind (BGW) portfolio of floating offshore wind projects in the Celtic Sea, including the 96MW Erebus project.

His primary day-to-day focus is the oversight and coordination of BGWs consenting programmes, with a focus on offshore. Sean has a BSc in Marine Biology and considerable experience in the delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments, Habitat Regulations Assessments and Water Framework Directive Assessments from his previous marine ecology, nature conservation and environmental policy roles.
