Patricia Comiskey

Patricia is the Consenting and Government Relations Manager for the Western Star Project which includes providing technical direction for the environment function (resource, scope, risk, programme and budget) to support the effective delivery of engineering aspects of the project.

In a previous role with SEAI, Patricia led the development of the Atlantic Marine Test Site (AMETS) from 2015-2021 and was successful in securing foreshore lease, substation and onshore grid planning for that project. Patricia also has 22 years experience working directly with key government and marine stakeholders in Ireland and the EU. She has extensive experience in leading and managing projects including the management of EU funded proposals, associated resources, budgets & forecasting. Patricia has a BSc in Zoology from Trinity College Dublin and a MSc in Marine and Fisheries Science from University of Aberdeen.
